What we collect
When you take the quiz, request a second opinion, use the calculator, or book a call, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone number, state, and your answers or details about your situation. We also use standard analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and advertising pixels) that collect usage data through cookies.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your requests, provide the education and reviews you asked for, send appointment confirmations and reminders, and share relevant educational content. Your information is stored in our customer relationship management system.
What we never do
We do not sell your information to lead brokers or third parties. Your details go to Eric Gaddy and Ray Brandt at Live Free Insurance Group, and nowhere else, except service providers who process data on our behalf (such as our CRM, scheduling, and webinar platforms).
Texts and calls
By submitting a form on this site, you agree to receive calls and texts from Live Free Insurance Group. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling at any time.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us or mention it on any call and we will handle it.
